Shipping + Refund Policy

1. I gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Items must be in same condition that you received them in and return must be made within 14 days of receiving item (this means items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your item- not just a return label created). Custom items including items with monogram, names, or made custom for customer are unable to be returned and are final sale  

2. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. If you believe you have received defected/incorrect merchandise, you must email us within 7 days of the package's original delivery. If the item is defective please include images of the defected area/item with your email.

3. Please note many of our items are PRE ORDER. To refer to your ETA please search your name in the VIP group or see invoice as ETA is listed on PO invoice items. Items have an ETA of one whole month and can arrive any day within that month. No refunds will be given if item is still within ETA timeframe.

Shipping

1. Your order will ship within 2-15 business days unless it is a pre-order. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. 

2. If you purchase items with different ETA’s items will be held until all items in that order arrive.
